Smart safety wearables, built by VNRVJIET students and backed by a ₹5 lakh grant from their alma mater.
Jarsh Innovations Private Limited is a pioneer in industrial safety, specialising in smart safety wearables. Its flagship product — the Jarsh ActivCooling Helmet — integrates IoT technology to keep workers cool, safe and monitored in demanding industrial environments.

- Kausthub Kaundinya — Co-founder & CEO. Alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad; leads strategy and operations.
- Sreekanth Kommula — Co-founder & CTO. Master's from BITS Pilani; leads technology and product development.
- Anand Kumar — Co-founder & COO. BITS Pilani graduate; runs operational strategy and execution.
All three began the journey while pursuing their B.Tech at VNR Vignana Jyothi Institute of Engineering and Technology.
